A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing and mailed to all property owners effected by the project. The report of feasibility includes two options for street reconstruction. Information for both project options will be discussed at the meeting.
The estimated project costs for storm sewer improvements are $433,241.60.
The estimated project costs for sanitary sewer improvements are $107,424.10.
Watermain improvements will only be included in the project if the street is reconstructed with concrete. The estimated project costs for the watermain improvements are $557,258.88.
There will be two options for the street reconstruction:
Option 1 would use concrete to reconstruct the street. The estimated project cost is $1,889,566.85 and $1,524,783.87 would be assessed. The estimated assessment rates are $297.66 front benefit and $99.22 end benefit.
Option 2 would use bituminous material to reconstruct the street. The estimated project cost is $1,550,812.85 and $1,422,973.85 would be assessed. The estimated assessment rates are $277.79 front benefit and $92.60 end benefit.
