[ARCHIVED] March 8th Work Session Changed to Strategic Planning Session

This session will be taking place at the Spud Jr’s Prohibition Room located at 306 Demers Avenue in downtown East Grand Forks.  The session will start at 5pm and will last a few hours.  A quorum of council members will be present.
