The on and off ramps and underpass area under Highway 2 are closed. The Point Bridge or Minnesota Avenue Bridge will be closed starting at 1pm today, April 24th.
Flood walls are also being installed which will close off River Road at 17th Street NW, 12th Avenue NW, and in the downtown area by the Veteran's Memorial on 4th Street NW.
