Total estimated cost of the Storm Water improvements is:                                                $99,891.20

Total estimated cost of the Street Reconstruction is:                                                        $792,612.12

Total estimated amount that will be assessed is:                                                               $792,612.12

Estimated assessment rates for the improvements would be:                   $466.66 Front Foot Benefit
