Minnesota Department of Transportation completed the Scour Test on the Kennedy Bridge and has been determined the bridge to be safe. MnDot will continue to monitor the bridge structure.
The Red River at East Grand Forks was at 49.23 feet as of 9:30 am this morning, April 13, 2011. The National Weather Service currently projects a crest of 52 feet.
