The East Grand Forks Planning Commission has scheduled a Public Hearing to consider the Preliminary and possible Final Plat approval of the Pace Addition being a Replat of Lots 1 thru 6 and Lot 13, Block 29 and the vacated alleyway adjacent to said Lots 4 thru 6 and Block 28, all in Traill's Addition AND being a Replat of Outlot 13 of Auditor's Plat of Outlets AND Being a Plat of part of Government Lot 5 and part of Government Lot 6, Section 1, Township 151 N, Range 50 West Polk County Minnesota to the City of East Grand Forks.
