City crews this morning reopened the underpass of Gateway Drive on River Road Northwest. Motorists now have full access to River Road Northwest in both directions. Both the on and off ramps to Gateway Drive (Highway 2) are also open.
Previously, the City reopened westbound access to Gateway Drive while the underpass remained closed due to high water. Full access has been restored with the river level below 35 feet.
