As part of the Update process the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to review and approve the Street and Highway Element Update. We encourage all people who wish to comment on the Street and Highway Element Update to attend the meeting. The hearing may include a presentation by the Grand Forks/East Grand Forks Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) of the final plan elements, changes to goals and performance measures, a list of projects and a constrained financial plan for the update.
This public hearing will provide the final Street and Highway Element for residents to review as well as any changes to the Update between the presentation of the draft and the public hearing. The hearing will be held on December 13, 2023 at 12pm NOON in the City Council Training Room, City Hall, 600 DeMers Avenue, East Grand Forks.
