A meet and greet with the candidates will be held from 7:30-8:30 am for City Council members and City Department Heads to meet and visit with the candidates. The meet and greet will take place in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 600 DeMers Avenue, East Grand Forks, MN 56721. A quorum of the City Council may be present.
