The purpose of the meeting is:
1. Canvassing of Local Election Results.
2. Consider adopting Resolution No. 24-11-82 declaring election results from the 2024 General Election.
Staff is still waiting on information from Polk County for canvassing so all information will be provided at the special meeting. In the case the information is not received by Tuesday, November 12th, the special meeting may be postponed until Wednesday, November 13, Thursday, November 14th, or Friday, November 15th.
