[ARCHIVED] Notice of Special Meeting Following the Work Session on Tuesday, October 14th

The agenda for the special meeting is as follows:

  1. Consider approving the Purchase Agreement between the City of East Grand Forks and the Graveline Family LLLP for the purchase of Parcel 44-2213-001-00 for a total of $1,540,000.00.
  1. Consider approving the Land Exchange Agreement between the City of East Grand Forks and Simplot Global Food LLC exchanging Parcel 44-2213-001-00 with Parcel 83.02308.00 with the City paying additional $7,089.00 to Simplot.
