Grand Forks - - In the event that the Point Bridge is closed due to flooding, Cities Area Transit (CAT) Route 11 will be detoured.
Customers of CAT should plan accordingly for this detour when using public transit. Regular routing will resume after the Point Bridge is open to vehicle traffic.
