The City of East Grand Forks will begin constructing small berms on both sides of 3rd Ave. SE - Murray Bridge.
City crews would like to caution drivers of heavy equipment. The City is monitoring the river levels and will determine when the closure will go into effect. The full closure typically will not happen until 48.5 feet.
