Starting July 6, 2010: Contractors will make repairs to the intersection of 1st St SE and 3rd Ave SE and to the base of the Point Bridge.
The construction will repair damage caused by recent spring flooding. Road Construction will require the Point Bridge to be closed for approximately three weeks, beginning on Tuesday July 6, at 10:00 am. Motorists are encouraged to watch for traffic control signs and detours. The Louis Murray Bridge will remain open, but construction will occur in the vicinity.
