The Special Meeting will consist of an assessment hearing, consideration of adopting an assessment roll, and consideration of approving two new on-sale liquor licenses.
The Work Session has three items which will consider preparing plans and specifications for a sidewalk project, consideration of repealing a surcharge on city lots, and direction on setting a public meeting to discussed jurisdictional transfer with property owners.
The Closed Session is closed pursuant to Minn.Stat. 13D.05, Subd. 3(b) Attorney-client privilege. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss legal strategy, litigation and settlement proposals regarding the Reciprocal Maintenance, Use, and Easement Agreement between Boardwalk Enterprises, LLP for the “In-Fill Building” and Boardwalk parcel for common area and elevator use.
