The Park and Recreation Department will have a cross country trail down in the Red River State Recreation Area this year starting on Tuesday, December 14. It will be approximately two miles of trails winding around the campground and under the Kennedy Bridge. The trail will start by the campground office and it is free of charge, skis can be rented at the Ski and Bike Shop. Call the office for any questions, 773-8000.
