The meeting is closed pursuant to MN Statute 13D.05 subd. 2(a)(2) because of active investigative data and 13D.05 subd 2(b) a public body shall close one or more meetings for preliminary consideration of allegations or charges against an individual subject to its authority.
The City Council will also be holding a special meeting starting at 5:00pm in the Training Room to consider approving the Facilities Rental Agreement Addendum for the use of the Civic Center to also host a concert following the craft beer event. This will be the only item on the special meeting agenda.
The work session will follow the special meeting in the Training Room.
