On the 5th day of August, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter, at the East Grand Forks City Hall, 600 Demers Ave, East Grand Forks, MN pursuant to the City of East Grand Forks Ordinance Numbers 289 and 290, 3rd Series amending Franchises granting Northern States Power Company (Xcel Energy) permission to operate a Natural Gas Distribution System within the City. The City Council will hold a hearing related to the renewal and amendment to the ordinances updating the franchise agreements and implementing gas franchise fees.
Anyone wishing to appear with reference to the above amendment will be heard at this meeting. Anyone not able to attend can email comments to admin@egf.mn and all comments need to be received prior to the start of the August 5th meeting.
