All EGF residents, active duty military members, and students/teachers at EGF schools can receive a free library card (photo ID and proof of residency required).

If you reside outside of EGF, there is an annual fee for your library card as listed below:

Adult Non-Resident: $20 per year (all materials)
Youth Non-Resident: $15 per year (does not include DVDs, Things, games, or artwork)

Complete this form and a library staff member will email you to complete the process.

To expedite your request, please email a copy of your proof of residency (Photo ID / Driver's license. If your ID does not have your current address, please also include a photo of postmarked mail, lease, or utility bill) to campbell_library@egflibrary.org
