Low-Potency Hemp Business Information
Businesses that previously registered with the Office of Cannabis Managment will need to apply for licenses with that office. Applications will be accepted from October 1st through October 31st.
After receiving the license from the State, businesses will need to register with the City of East Grand Forks.

Low-Potency Business Registration Fees
- Lower-Potency Hemp Edible Manufacturer: Initial Fee $500 - Renewal Fee $500
- Lower-Potency Hemp Edible Retailer: Initial Fee $125 per Location - Renewal Fee $125 per Location

The lower-potency business registration will need to be renewed annually.
