Cook for your gut healthQuiet your gut, boost fiber, and reduce inflammationby America's Test Kitchen
Developed with nutritionist and dietitian Alicia A. Romano, this gut health cookbook delivers 100+ healthy recipes and an in-depth education on the science of the mind gut connection. Including high-fiber, low-lactose, low-FODMAP recipes, and useful but delicious substitutes for common gut irritants.
How it works
- Each month, the cookbook-of-the-month will be on display at the library.
- Those wishing to participate can browse it, then choose and make a copy of the recipe. (The cookbook is not available to checkout during it's featured month.)
- Add your name and selected recipe to the sign up sheet.
- On Cookbook Club Day, each person brings their dish to share with the group!
