A Seed Library is a collection of seeds available to local gardeners to be grown in our community. Our Seed Library features a variety of fruits, vegetables, herbs, and flowers you can grow in your own garden!
A Seed Library provides a low-cost, sustainable solution to help increase home food production and creates locally adapted seeds to grow well in the community. It also builds community awareness and partnerships with local non-profit organizations, gardeners, horticulture businesses, educational institutions, and other seed banks.
Seed donations are accepted from commercial seed companies, seed banks, individuals, and other partner organizations with a shared interest in seed collection.
Donated seeds must be open-pollinated ("OP"), non-genetically modified (non-GMO), and non-hybrid (will have "F1" or "Hybrid" in its name/package).
To donate seeds, complete the Seed Donation Form [PDF]. Print it and bring it to the front desk with your ready-to-be packaged seeds.
