Learn CPR and Make a Difference!

Ever wondered how you can truly make a difference in someone’s life? One of the easiest and most impactful ways is by learning CPR and how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).

Our interactive, hands-on CPR and First Aid course will teach you the essential skills needed to perform high-quality, life-saving CPR.

Course Details:

  • Duration: 4 hours
  • What You’ll Learn:
    • How to safely administer first aid
    • CPR techniques using an AED
    • Timely and effective emergency response
  • Who Should Attend:
    • Anyone with little or no medical training who wants to learn these life-saving skills
    • Individuals who need certification for work (e.g., coaches, childcare providers)
  • Class Size: Limited to 10 participants
  • Cost: $75 per class, pay either by calling the City Administration Office at 218-773-2483 or by bringing cash or check on the night of the course.  
  • Location: Fire Station 1, located at 415 4th St NW

All classes are taught by certified American Heart Association (AHA) instructors following AHA guidelines.

  • Certification: Valid for 2 years
  • Note: The AHA is not responsible for class fees. Fees charged cover instruction and materials; they do not represent income to the AHA.
